- Choose “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen. We’ll email a reset link to the address your clinic registered for you.
- No account yet?
- Practitioner accounts are created by your clinic’s administrator. Ask them to send you an invite — we can’t create one on your behalf.
- Invite never arrived?
- Check your spam folder first. If it isn’t there, your administrator can resend it from the clinic’s settings.
Booking an appointment?
Patients don’t sign in here. To book, reschedule or cancel, use the booking link your clinic gave you — it starts with booking.mananotes.co.nz. If you don’t have it, call your clinic and they’ll send it again.
